AQUATY is a fully digital securitization platform designed for asset and wealth managers in private markets. We provide Securitization as a Service, enabling efficient, seamless transactions while ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Our comprehensive offering includes SPV setup, Feeder Funds, Club-deals, and a complete securitization suite for private assets across all types, including Venture Capital, Private Equity, Real Estate, and Debt. We also offer consulting services to optimize private market transactions.

Backed by some of the most prominent angels in the industry, our team of 10 highly motivated and skilled individuals operates from our HQs at Münster and Mannheim and remote across Europe. We're not just a company; we're a revolution in the investment world, and we're looking for a like-minded Founder Associate (m/f/d) to join our journey.

YOUR MISSION:

As Founder Associate (m/f/d) you support our founders along their full C-level agenda - you are able to work on some o our most important Growth initiatives -  from Strategy to Execution:

• Develop our Go-To-Market Strategy together with the Founding Team
• Set up and  implemented tooling, processes and documents to enable us to execute a successful Go-To-Market Strategy
• Help to build and execute a C-level Roadmap to achieve our vision
• Help the founders in their daily routines - from presentations to task monitoring and documentation
• Dive deep into every possible challenge the business presents to us and find ways to solve them
• Take over and lead high-prio strategic projects
• Support internal and external communication

ABOUT YOU: 

• You have graduated at a renowned university in the field of Management, Technology or Entrepreneurship 
• You have first experiences in a high-pace environment (consulting, startup, VC) and speak English and German in full proficiency
• You have a solid understanding to use No-Code / SaaS / AI tools to leverage your output
• You are highly interested in the VC scene and possess an advanced understanding in how investment processes work
• You are energetic and highly motivated - your passion and resilience motivates yourself and others to go the extra-mile, when needed
• You are a Flexible generalist and solution-oriented pragmatic
