In an effort to streamline private market investing, AQUATY has launched a new Multi-SPV product designed specifically for investment managers with access to private market assets and their investors. This new offering integrates a legal and regulatory-compliant framework that enables the use of "multi-use" Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), simplifying the management of multiple deals within a single Limited Liability Company structure by making use of securitization.

AQUATY has teamed up with Space Cooperative Europe (SCE) to streamline investments in space-related startups curated by the European Space Agency (ESA). This partnership allows investors to invest with minimal legal and regulatory hassle using AQUATY's digital platform, which automates legal and regulatory documents, reducing costs and ensuring compliance. Alexander Grimm of AQUATY highlighted that this partnership aligns with their goal of making private market investments as efficient as public ones. Markus Häuser of SCE noted that AQUATY's platform significantly reduces transaction costs and complexity, connecting startups with investors. One beneficiary, Sophie's BioNutrients, is launching a microalgae fermentation project to the International Space Station.
